By accessing or using DumpsterRental.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Contractor-Only Service

DumpsterRental.tech provides commercial dumpster rental referral services exclusively to licensed commercial contractors, general contractors, roofing companies, demolition contractors, and commercial developers. Use of this service is strictly limited to commercial and construction purposes. Homeowner, residential, and personal use requests will not be accepted or fulfilled.

Service Description

DumpsterRental.tech operates as a referral and coordination network connecting commercial contractors with roll-off dumpster providers. We facilitate scheduling, pricing coordination, and placement logistics for 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard commercial containers across all 48 contiguous US states.

Pricing and Quotes

All pricing displayed on this website represents typical contractor ranges and is provided for informational purposes only. Final pricing is confirmed by phone at the time of booking and may vary based on location, rental period, debris type, and market conditions. Quoted prices are valid only when confirmed verbally by our dispatch team.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Delivery windows are confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees. Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Permitted Use

Commercial roll-off containers are for construction and demolition debris only. The following materials are not permitted in our containers:

Contractors are responsible for ensuring that prohibited materials are not placed in rented containers. Additional fees may apply for containers contaminated with prohibited materials.

Limitation of Liability

DumpsterRental.tech and its referral network partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific rental.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable US law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
